Option to select current period in date range
Additional option to select current period as the date range quickly and perhaps even last period to enable a single period and period to period comparison. Also would be good to have the option to select last 13 periods as a lot of longer range forecasting is done over this specific timeline

Ability to manually select incidents to be included in Control PMC report.

Review feature
Requirement to review more incidents, not just ones that hit certain delay. Those with specific lessons to pick out or something out of the norm to be spoken about on the 08:15 etc
